OneCode Confirm® service boosts mailstream visibility and enables greater postal accountability

Rochester, New York — BCC Software, a BÖWE BELL + HOWELL company and the leading developer of high-performance solutions for professional mailers, announces the release of new export functionality and reporting capabilities for Track N Trace®, a proprietary service that leverages the Intelligent Mail® barcode to provide USPS® OneCode Confirm® delivery monitoring information. The new export functionality enables easy downloading of detailed mailing delivery data, further enhancing the value of Track N Trace for mailers seeking mailstream transparency, delivery predictability and postal accountability.

Track N Trace users now have the ability to export data for all or specific mailpieces, as well as export scan data within a mailing, and to have that data sent to a user-specified e-mail address where it can then be exported into a database for further analysis. Additionally, two new Track N Trace reports are also available: the Mailpiece Summary Report allows users to review the delivery performance of individual mailpieces by specific 5-digit ZIP Code™; and the Scan Detail Report provides on-demand access to individual mailpiece scan data, or allows a report containing all of the scan data to be e-mailed to a designated recipient.
