ATTENTION: Facility Access and Shipment Tracking (FAST) Customers

PostalOne!® Outage Update

As you are aware, the PostalOne!® system has been down since 5:50 pm ET Friday, February 5.  Please be advised that PostalOne!® connectivity has been restored and immediate access is available via the USPS Business Customer Gateway.  Note that there is no customer action required to resume access.  During the PostalOne!® outage, FAST on-line scheduling was not impacted; and XML connectivity has now been restored.  Also, FAST Mailer Rating has been temporarily deactivated, as of 5 pm ET Friday, February 5 through 11:59 pm ET Wednesday, February 10, to accommodate the outage.  Mailer rating will resume on Thursday, February 11.  We regret any inconvenience experienced.  Your patience and cooperation were sincerely appreciated.
